PHILOSOPHY OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Most influential in our work are theorists and teachers who have placed an emphasis on people empowerment in the workplace.
We do not subscribe to trendy, unproved or improbable theories for a quick fix. Rather, we believe that the development of an organization, rather a new, existing, reorganizing or expanding entity, requires a holistic approach which demands review of the history and consideration for the future of our clients. We see our role of external OD consultants to be that of an objective problem analyzer, communicator, teacher, supporter and role model for the project goals.
Our method of entering a project is to ensure that all direct and indirect participants have an understanding of the scope and desired outcome of the project. We practice communication and engagement skills with all identified parties to ensure that the project goals have been accepted by those who will influence the outcome. We use all tools available to us to achieve this objective. |
